Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and help optimize their processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
