We have been performing construction, maintenance, restoration and renovations in a multitude of buildings in and around the Calgary area for over 45 years.

The Construction Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This position requires a pro-active leader who can manage maintenance activities, coordinate with other trades and customers, and uphold our core values with every task.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to achieve scope completion
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and job sites as required
  • Coordinate with other trades and customers to address maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
  • Manage budgets, resources, and inventory effectively to optimize maintenance operations
  • Report on maintenance activities and performance metrics to senior management
  • Use of spreadsheets, email, and company technology to effectively communicate with customers and record data and estimating of minor projects

 

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Carpenter certification preferred
  • Experience in interior and residential carpentry
  • Knowledge of general construction
  • Experience in construction maintenance in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach
  • Valid driver's license
  • Security background check will be requested
